3. Regarding the same Dt project, Evaluate

a. Your performance at each stage of design cycle

Investigate Stage

My performance in investgate stage was adequate though I think I could have done better because our problem  for the investgate stage was incorrect and that why we lost a mark. I think I could improve next time by not doing the work last minute and also read the instructions well.

Design Stage

In design stage I think I gave in as much as I could but I facing a problem with the Google sketch pad because it was the first time using it but I manged.

Plan Stage

In plan stage we did quite well but I would have dome better by including more detail the problem I faced was that couldnt give it in on time because my group members had issues with internet services or not having enough time in the boarding for research. I could improve by working properly and doing everything under the time given.

Create Stage

Our create stage was the best stage because all of us had fun doing it. We haven't manged to finish so we dont know our marks.

b. The success of your product

The successes of our product was that our boat manged to float even though we had a lot worries and the boat is almost finished but we think we could have done much better if we were given more time.

2. Explain what influenced the choice of hull design, materials and propulsion method in your Dt project creation

The choice of hull we picked was a V-shaped hull because it cut through the water what influenced our choice was when we went for the trip and looked at different kinds of boats we saw that most boats had a V-shape hull so that why we decided to do.
The materials we picked were acrylic, styrofoam we picked this because plastic and styrofoam are both waterproof so it would allow the boat to move.
The method of propulsion is that we will use solar energy and the alternative source of energy source is wind energy. We picked these sources of energy because it is very sunny here and because it being a rainy season the sun wont shine so wind energy because it will be quiet windy.
